Building Description

4750 GreenRise was built in 1921, then known as the Mutual Insurance Building. The Classical Revival inspired building was constructed in two stages, the first four floors in 1921, the upper four floors in 1926. 4750 GreenRise is the largest non-profit, social service center in the Mid-west.
